Refund policy

No returns or refunds. Order cancellations are not accepted once placed regardless of ship date.

Due to the nature of the product and in keeping with our high level of safety and sanitation, there are no returns accepted at this time.  This is a standard practice for other hair extension suppliers for the same reasons.

Exchanges are offered no later than 30 days after the delivery date, and are only accepted if the gold safety stickers have not been removed from the hair. Once opened, exchanges are not accepted.
